That used to be the slogan many of us think of when we think of the Pens. The big club Pens were always younger than the baby Pens. And even today that is the case. However, Sidney Crosby has proven he fits his britches, and has stepped up to be one of the most poised, composed, and dedicated leaders to come into this game in quite some time. Marc-Andre Fleury has proven himself to be the elite goaltender he was touted as, and all the other "no name" Pens (Tyler Kennedy, Adam Hall, Jarkko Ruutu, Ray Whitney) have stepped up and shown the world what they are made of. I have experienced the evolution of the Penguins from the day Fleury was drafted 1st overall, and this could not be a more exciting final for me.
